Angelina Jolie’s ex, Brad Pitt, would reportedly want to get the legal battle over before 2026 ends. Their latest case was about their French estate, Chateau Miraval, which was worth $500 million. Reportedly, the Hollywood actor accused the 50-year-old diva of selling her shares worth $67 million to a Russian billionaire without his knowledge.
While Pitt sued his ex-wife in 2022, the trial is set for February 1 next year. Referring to the long battle, a source told RadarOnline, “No matter how much time and money Brad has plowed into the fight, this has to stop.” They mentioned that both parties have stood their ground, and they should allegedly put the “whole lawsuit to bed.”
Furthermore, another insider pointed out that Jolie and Pitt have seemingly been dealing with attorneys and the court for 10 years. It has been “long enough” of a fight. Which has allegedly “damaged” their reputations. “Nobody caught up in this mess is getting any younger,” they added.
Last year, the 62-year-old made headlines for his conflict with his and Jolie’s children. Several reports hinted at his estranged relationship with almost all their kids.
