Prince Harry Told To ‘Zip It’ To Save Royal Reconciliation — Expert

Prince Harry might be getting in his own way when it comes to repairing ties with his family. According to a reputation expert, the Duke of Sussex should stop speaking publicly about the royal family. It was reported that his GQ interview led to backlash. However, the expert believes reconciliation is still possible.

Expert advises Prince Harry to take ‘no action in terms of talking’ if he wants royal reconciliation

A reputation expert says Prince Harry is getting in his own way after the GQ interview, but reconciliation can still happen. Eric Schiffer told Daily Express US that Harry returned to the UK planning to live quietly in the Cotswolds and make amends with his father. However, neither is going very well. Schiffer claimed that Harry is trying too hard. He said it highlights “a discipline challenge” and a failure to understand “second-order effects.”

Harry’s GQ interview, where he discussed grief, reportedly spilled over to the royal family. Schiffer advised him to take it down a notch. He suggested that Harry discuss these matters with King Charles himself. If the monarch is unavailable, Harry could use the King’s aides as middlemen for now.

Schiffer suspects that Harry may be fretting behind closed doors, though he said it’s hard to know what goes on in private. He claimed that Harry “gets caught up with his own emotions at times.” According to the expert, Harry should be careful not to confuse desperation with “the wrong strategy.”

However, Schiffer said he still thinks reconciliation is possible. “He’s the only one that can make this happen,” he said. He claimed that self-discipline means “no commenting about the king or his brother, unless it’s positive.” It also means no leaking and consistency, with Harry’s team holding the same high standards.

“Zipping it 100%” would reportedly help the King, Prince William, and their teams believe that Harry wants to rebuild. Schiffer said that Harry should show loyalty “through actions, not words.” “And the best action is no action in terms of talking,” he added.
