Chloe Bailey has brought an alternate version of Meg Griffin from Family Guy to life for Halloween. Rather than recreating Meg’s standard look from the show, Bailey wore an outfit inspired by an alternate-universe version of the character.
The singer shared a series of photos on Instagram on October 26, 2026, showing off a costume inspired by Family Guy character Meg Griffin. “Hot Meg Griffin,” Bailey captioned the post. Her outfit features a bright pink beanie, round glasses, a matching pink top, a denim miniskirt, and metallic silver knee-high boots.
However, unlike Hot Meg’s long brown hair, Bailey opted for a hot-pink hairstyle. Her post alternates between photos of her costume and images of the animated character, highlighting the similarities between the two looks. In one photo, the singer also strikes a pose that mirrors Hot Meg’s walk in the show.
Meg Griffin is often the target of ridicule on Family Guy, but Chloe Bailey had other plans
Bailey’s costume specifically references “Hot Meg,” an attractive, highly confident variant who appears in the acclaimed Family Guy Season 8 episode Road to the Multiverse. Originally airing on September 27, 2009, the episode follows Stewie and Brian as they use a multidimensional remote control to travel across parallel universes.
Unlike the regular Meg Griffin, who is often mocked by her family and struggles with social acceptance, this alternate version is portrayed as conventionally attractive and confident. The character appears in a brief scene during the episode, which shows the contrast between Meg’s usual treatment and how she might be perceived in a different reality.
Family Guy first premiered in 1999 and was created by Seth MacFarlane. The show revolves around the Griffin family in the fictional town of Quahog, Rhode Island. Voiced by Mila Kunis, Meg is the eldest daughter of Peter and Lois Griffin and the older sister of Chris and Stewie.
