Gizelle Bryant says Robyn Dixon has always held her accountable on RHOP

The Real Housewives of Potomac star spoke exclusively to Us Weekly on the topic, while promoting the show. Gizelle said the show is finally highlighting a side of her friendship with Robyn that viewers have rarely seen. “Robyn and I always hold each other accountable and we [always] have,” Gizelle said. “They haven’t necessarily shown it in the past. It’s like now they’re finally showing it, which is great. Well, great for Robyn, I guess.”

The Season 11 trailer showed a tense exchange between Gizelle and Robyn during a dinner. During a confessional, fellow cast member Karen Huger also weighed in on the moment, saying, “Robyn is holding Gizelle accountable — and of course I like it.”

However, Gizelle reassured fans that the exchange did not necessarily signal a major falling-out between the two. She also welcomed Robyn’s willingness to call her out, even when their exchanges became tense. “Robyn should hold me accountable,” Gizelle told the publication. “Someone should. I mean, I’m not mad at it.”

Both Karen and Robyn have returned to the Bravo franchise, making this season especially significant for Gizelle. Gizelle suggested that their returns had brought the longtime cast members together again, allowing them to reconnect and enjoy their familiar dynamic.

“Karen is back, and she’s back sharing her true self more so than before I think,” Gizelle teased. “Robyn’s back. I feel like with the vibe, we got the whole gang back together again so we know each other. We know how to have fun. We know how to poke each other a little bit, and it’s the best.”

The Real Housewives of Potomac airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes available to stream on Peacock the following day.
