Sonja Morgan says The Golden Life cast competes for airtime despite being close friends off camera
The American TV personality recently spoke exclusively with People about the reality show, its cast members, and the drama surrounding the series. During the conversation, Sonja Morgan revealed that despite being close friends off camera, the cast of The Golden Life still competes for airtime.
Morgan said, “in real life, it’s very rarely that all five of us are together. When you get five strong women together, the conflict is so intense. We’re better when we’re not all five together. If it’s two or three, we’re good. It’s just when everyone gets together, and they’re fighting for air time or camera time or whatever, you can’t get a word in edgewise.”
“Everybody wants to know if we’re real friends because when you see us on camera you’re like, ‘How could you be friends with these people?’ But we’re better friends off camera, I want you to know,” she said it before that
TV star went on, “We really look out for each other off camera. Because when people get on camera, they get defensive. They’re worried how they look. They get embarrassed.”
