Halloween fans looking to channel their inner Nikki have some advice straight from the source. Obsession star Inde Navarrette is sharing tips to help fans recreate her character’s look and has revealed that she feels “honored” by the attention.

Speaking to People at the Toronto International Film Festival last month, the 25-year-old actress shared her thoughts on the number of fans planning to bring her character to life this Halloween. “How does that make me feel? Well, very honored. I sometimes feel like my brain doesn’t process things,” she said.
Navarrette also gave fans a glimpse into some of her most memorable outfits and broke down one of Nikki’s memorable looks from Obsession. The outfit, featured in the film’s house party scene, consists of shorts from Edikted and a top from Princess Polly. She added that Nikki wears Steve Madden boots in another part of the movie. “Those are my tips. And then, for the hair… let it air dry, babes,” she laughed.
Navarrette, who is set to play Rogue in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s upcoming X-Men film, previously told the outlet that she “put everything that I possibly could into this character.” “I knew I was going to do everything humanly possible and I was going to have so much fun while doing it because there’s just so many aspects to being a person and being a girl and everything that you don’t get to show,” she expressed. And further said that seeing all the positive feedback made her feel really good, as it was such a vulnerable thing to do.
Obsession, written, directed, and edited by Curry Barker, emerged as a surprise hit at the box office in 2026. Also featuring Cooper Tomlinson and Megan Lawless, the movie reportedly had a $750,000 budget and wrapped filming in only 20 days.
