Prince Harry Gets Brutal ‘Shut Up’ Warning Amid Interview Backlash — Expert

Prince Harry has reportedly been warned to stay silent if he wants a royal reconciliation. According to a royal expert, the Duke of Sussex’s recent GQ interview didn’t allegedly sit well with royal family members. Although his spokesperson claimed Harry’s comments weren’t aimed at Prince William and King Charles, the source said otherwise. They suggested the “Spare” author should “shut up” if he wants to mend his relationship with his family.

Expert warns Prince Harry to ‘shut up’ if he wants royal reconciliation

Prince Harry’s GQ interview was reportedly not the correct move if he wants a royal reconciliation. Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told the Daily Express that the Duke needs to “shut up” and avoid discussing personal affairs in interviews.

According to him, the prince’s timing was poor, as the royal family was busy hosting the Sultan of Oman at Windsor. Thus, Harry’s latest interview with the magazine might have surprised them when they found out about it later.

“Reconciliation needs at least some degree of mutual trust. This interview highlights the unfortunate fact that Harry’s behaviour has become very erratic,” Fitzwilliams said. Furthermore, the expert listed the events, explaining why Harry’s timing has been “extraordinary.” He said the Sussexes reportedly informed King Charles at the last minute about their return to the U.K.

Fitzwilliams found it “strange” that the couple didn’t give a valid reason for returning to the country they left in 2020. From their Nottingham visit to Harry’s recent GQ interview, he noted that these events occurred while the royal family was also involved in important engagements.

“If he does want some form of reconciliation, he needs to shut up,” the expert added. “And he and Meghan should stop using the press, which they profess to despise, to build their brand’s profile.” Fitzwilliams warned that such behavior could allegedly cut short the Sussexes’ time in the UK.
