Chris Pratt has teased an extended future of his Prime Video TV show The Terminal List. The show is based on Jack Carr’s bestselling eight-book series of the same name, with Season 2 adapting the second novel, True Believer.
In an exclusive interview with ComingSoon’s Tyler Treese, Pratt discussed his long-term vision for staying with the character of Lieutenant Commander James Reece. Asked whether the series intends to adapt the remainder of Carr’s extensive book catalog, the actor said, “Yeah, I want it to. James Reece’s last mission is going to be he’s going to eat a steak without his dentures in. Sorry, Amazon, this is for life.”
Pratt then teased multiple spin-off projects based on James Reece’s dynamics with other characters. He mentioned “Cry Havoc, which is a really great story. We love that. We had Dark Wolf. I think there’s a lot of these supporting characters that deserve their own stories. I’m super curious about the Hastings family and their ranch. We’re constantly dreaming up ideas.”
