Kylie Jenner is reportedly ready to walk down the aisle, but Timothée Chalamet might not be on the same page. According to a source, the actor isn’t quite ready to take the next big step. This comes as Kylie’s sister, Kendall, has a serious romance of her own.
Kylie Jenner’s engagement hopes ‘putting some pressure’ on Timothee Chalamet, per source
Kylie Jenner reportedly wants to get engaged as Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi’s romance grows serious, per source. According to Page Six, Kylie has made it “pretty clear” that she sees marriage in their future. She is reportedly not giving ultimatums or demanding a ring. However, she is allegedly making her feelings known and hoping he’ll get there “sooner rather than later.”
Meanwhile, the Wonka star is seemingly “very much invested” in the relationship of three years. However, the insider claimed that he is “simply not there yet.” It’s allegedly weighing on him, as a proposal anytime soon would reportedly be more about the pressure he’s feeling than genuine readiness.
Furthermore, the Kylie Cosmetics founder has reportedly watched her older sister Kendall’s romance with Elordi grow increasingly serious. Page Six reported that Kylie is feeling “some jealousy and frustration.” Those close to the couples allegedly believe that Kendall, 30, and Elordi, 29, could make it down the aisle first. According to the insider, what really bothers Kylie is that Kendall might get engaged before her, despite being in a much newer relationship.
The source claimed that the Euphoria star is “completely all in with Kendall.” Kylie and Chalamet, on the other hand, “still have a more fun and carefree dynamic.”
The pair first sparked dating rumors in April 2023. Chalamet previously made it clear that marriage is in his future. In February, at a promotional event in London for Marty Supreme, he was asked whether he would ever get married. Chalamet initially joked that the question was too personal. He also said that it could get him in “trouble.” However, he ultimately answered, “Yes. Yes.”
