Khloé Kardashian reveals that she is torn over whether to welcome another daughter in a preview for “The Kardashians.” A frozen embryo, a name she already likes, and plenty of doubts all surface in a new chat with her mom, Kris Jenner.
Khloé Kardashian doesn’t think she can ‘handle’ having another daughter because it’s ‘a lot’
The preview comes from the newest episode of the series, “The Kardashians.” In the clip, Khloe is talking to her mom, Kris Jenner. She shares a story about her daughter, True, overhearing her conversation with a doctor. Khloe says she was talking to the doctor and remarked out loud that “she has a sister in the freezer,” and her daughter is now “laser-focused on that.”
True Thompson, 8, appears to be particularly interested in this bit of information. She has already come up with a name for “her sister,” and Khloe reveals that it is a name that she too really likes.
“I think I want to use this name if I ever do it,” Khloe says. Kris asks if she wants to reveal the name, and Khloé does so, saying, “Tyla.”
The 42-year-old points to legal matters, saying, “I own the embryo outright,” adding that she does not “even need to tell Tristan this is happening.” She recalls that when they broke up, she had him sign so that she could have it. In her words, “it’s legally done.”
Even so, the practical side weighs on her. “I don’t know if I have the bandwidth to have another baby,” she admits. Khloé admits she feels sad at the thought of True potentially growing up without a sister. She says she values the bond between sisters, believes every girl should have one, and would personally love to have another daughter.
However, she also shares her hesitation. “I’m getting older. And it’s a lot,” she says. She closes with her biggest worry: “I don’t know if this is something I can handle.”
Khloe does not announce a decision in the clip.
