Reality TV star Katie Price has testified in the alleged rape trial of her ex-husband, Kieran Hayler, who is the father of two of her children. The 39-year-old is accused of three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault involving a 13-year-old girl in West Sussex in 2016.

According to Metro, the alleged offences took place between June and October 2016 at Hayler’s family home. The girl later reported the allegations to the NSPCC in December 2021, at the age of 18. She is now 23. The alleged incidents are said to have occurred while Hayler was still married to Price. The pair’s relationship ended in 2018, and they officially divorced in 2021. As per reports, the alleged victim has no connection to either Hayler’s or Price’s extended family.
Price testified about the allegations before the jury at Lewes Crown Court on October 12. She said, “I can’t remember the exact messages, but it was that Kieran had tried to kiss her, that he had done stuff to her’. She then added, “Definitely a kiss and that he said he loved her.”
The reality TV star said she wanted to get information out of the complainant because “it’s serious.” “I could tell that she was, like, afraid,” she explained. “I was shocked… like really shocked. It was a different kettle of fish; it’s a child,’ she said in court. Price said she confronted Hayler at the time and questioned him about whether he had “done stuff.” ‘I can’t remember his response, but his response all the time was ‘no, I hadn’t,'” she said.
