Charlie Heaton and Natalia Dyer are reportedly no longer together after nearly a decade as a couple. The Stranger Things stars have yet to publicly address the split or confirm their breakup. However, a friend of Heaton’s has reportedly confirmed that the longtime couple has gone their separate ways.

According to a report by Deuxmoi, which first reported the alleged breakup on August 13, Charlie may have confirmed the split. The outlet reported that a reader claimed their friend had an encounter with Charlie in London, during which the actor allegedly said that the two had split.
Some fans earlier on Reddit alleged that Natalia was seen with a mystery man at a pickle shop in Manhattan’s Lower East Side during the June heatwave. A fan wrote, “Only noticed it was her when the shop guy pointed her out after she and the guy she was with left. It was over 100 degrees and she was in a long sleeve. I don’t think the guy she was with was Charlie.”
The pair was last seen together in November 2025. They appeared together during the Stranger Things 5 press tour. Charlie and Natalia first crossed paths in 2015 while filming the first season of the sci-fi series. Natalia played Nancy Wheeler, while Charlie portrayed Jonathan Byers.
Early in their relationship, Charlie and Natalia tried to keep their romance away from the public eye. During an interview with GQ in February 2020, Charlie said, “We didn’t really know what the relationship was. The caginess, anyway, might have been unnecessary.”
Stranger Things co-creator Matt Duffer revealed that Heaton and Dyer had chemistry even before they were cast in their respective roles. “That first audition, we did a chemistry read with [Heaton and] Natalia, and sparks were flying,” Duffer said.
