Elijah Blue Allman was indicted on felony criminal mischief after an alleged incident inside a Windham home
According to the records reported by WCVB, Allman was indicted by a grand jury. The charge stems from an alleged March 1 incident in Windham, New Hampshire. Police said Allman allegedly broke into a woman’s home.
Authorities alleged that Allman smashed a glass panel on the home’s back door. The woman inside reportedly called 911 while hiding inside a closet. Officers later found Allman sitting on a couch and smoking a cigarette.
The indictment reportedly states that Allman “purposely damaged the property” of the alleged victim. It specifically alleges that he damaged the property by breaking a glass window. Allman had previously pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief and burglary charges.
He also faced a breach of bail charge connected to the case. His criminal proceedings have remained stalled amid issues surrounding his legal representation. He has also remained hospitalized at New Hampshire State Hospital.
Records show that Allman’s arraignment for the felony charge is scheduled for October 2. The Windham case followed another arrest in Concord, New Hampshire. That incident reportedly occurred two days before the alleged home break-in.
Police accused Allman of causing a disturbance at St. Paul’s School. Authorities also alleged that he acted “belligerently” inside the school’s dining hall. He reportedly had no known connection to the private school.
Allman faces several charges connected to that Separate Concord incident. Those charges include simple assault, criminal threatening, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. A competency hearing in that case is scheduled for November.
Allman is the son of singer Cher and the late musician Gregg Allman. He is also known as the frontman of the band Deadsy. The recent legal proceedings have added another chapter to his legal troubles.
