Bunnie Xo is giving fans another look at her plastic surgery journey. The podcaster recently had a new cosmetic procedure. She also showed off part of the painful recovery process. Bunnie shared the update with her followers in her usual humorous way.

Bunnie showed a close-up of her bruised and bloodshot under-eye area on Instagram Stories. She joked about the look and called it “art.” She also wrote, “I don’t care if it hurts, I wanna have control.” Bunnie added, “Lower blah [sic] goes hard” while showing the area around her eyes.
Bunnie confirmed that she had a lower blepharoplasty. She shared the confirmation in the comments of a Reel posted over the weekend. The video included text that said “live,” but that was not what Bunnie meant to write. She later corrected the word in the comments and wrote, “Love I got a lower bleph & can’t see.”
Bunnie has openly discussed cosmetic procedures on her “Dumb Blonde” podcast. In July, she revealed that she had breast augmentation after losing weight during her divorce from Jelly Roll. “I was just like, let me have this era of my life, just being super whatever I want,” she said. “Just do whatever the f— I want.”
During the same episode, she also expressed her opinions on cosmetic surgery. “I always preach [a message of] love yourself,” Bunnie said. She added that people should “do whatever makes you happy dude” if cosmetic work helps them feel good. Bunnie also previously spoke about having a facelift and said she stopped getting filler after experiencing unwanted symptoms.
