Zendaya’s Mom Says She’s ‘Not on Socials Anymore’ Before Surprise Return

Zendaya has been making headlines ever since Spider-Man: Brand New Day hit theaters, while fans on social media have been eagerly waiting for every new update from the actress. However, an update from her mother recently left fans stunned, as she revealed that Zendaya was “Not on Socials Anymore.” The news initially shocked fans, but her surprise return later brought happiness to them.

Claire Stoermer revealed Zendaya walked away from all social platforms and won’t see messages online

The actress turned 30 on September 1, and on the special occasion of her birthday, her mother, Claire Maree, shared a childhood picture of Zendaya to wish her daughter on Instagram. During the birthday tribute, she also revealed that the actress is currently taking a social media detox.

Claire wrote, “happy 30th birthday to the love and light of my life!! even tho you’re not on socials anymore, and you won’t see this!! we just got off facetime!! ?☺️”

However, just hours after her mother’s birthday wish, Spider-Man’s MJ surprised fans with a post of her own, expressing gratitude to her fans and close ones for their birthday wishes.

Zendaya wrote, “I can’t thank ya’ll enough for making the last year of my twenties so beautiful, I have so much to be grateful for and so much to look forward to, with love as always….here’s to 30!!!!!?”

The Euphoria star shared this post almost two months after her previous one.

California-born’s last post came on July 8, when the actress shared the trailer for Dune: Part Three. For context, Zendaya has been busy with her work lately.

The final season of Euphoria aired on HBO earlier this year, and the Emmy Award winner has also been part of three major films, The Drama, The Odyssey, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day, with the latter breaking several box office records.
