Sydney Sweeney has made a major career move after spending much of 2026 without an acting agent. The “Euphoria” star has reportedly signed with CAA, with a source joking that the agency was “feeling euphoric” about the addition.
The move comes on the heels of Sweeney’s box-office success with “The Housemaid” and as she prepares for more franchise projects. At the same time, her ambitions as a producer are expected to remain a key part of the next chapter of her Hollywood career.

According to an exclusive from The Hollywood Reporter, Sydney Sweeney has signed with CAA. The outlet reported that the actress had been “agentless on the acting side” throughout 2026. Before that, she was represented by Paradigm Talent Agency during her meteoric rise in Hollywood.
Longtime agent Jennifer Millar represented Sweeney there as she broke out with “Euphoria” and “The White Lotus,” both of which earned her Primetime Emmy Award nominations. The timing of the move was particularly significant. Millar left Paradigm in late 2025 and transitioned into management at Brillstein Entertainment Partners, taking Sweeney with her.
Paradigm, however, continued to represent the actress for brand endorsements and partnership deals. The Hollywood Reporter described Sweeney’s CAA signing as “strategic,” noting that it came shortly before “The Housemaid” emerged as a major box-office success. The Lionsgate thriller ultimately grossed $400.5 million worldwide.
Meanwhile, CAA has joined Sweeney’s team as her film career continues to gain momentum. The outlet noted that her “wattage” had continued to brighten following the success of “The Housemaid.” Sweeney recently wrapped Legendary’s big-budget mecha film “Gundam,” which has been described as a potential franchise starter. She is also set to begin work on “The Housemaid’s Secret” later in September.
Lionsgate has already dated the sequel for December 27, 2027. Beyond her acting career, Sweeney has also continued to expand her role as a producer through her production company, Honey Trap, which has a first-look deal with Sony Pictures.
