The Duchess reportedly feels they would be able to give their children the experience of both worlds, per a Montecito insider.
The decision to move back to the UK comes over a month after the Sussexes’ private reunion with King Charles at Highgrove House. Upon their relocation, they will reportedly neither be offered taxpayer-funded security nor accommodation. They will continue to remain private individuals and stay in a non-royal base outside of London. Archie and Lilibet are also set to join a school in the UK, starting next month. The name of the school is still under wraps.

However, it materialized only after a key approval involving his kids’ education. “They had to wait to be told whether or not their children had got in—just like many other people waiting in mid-August. They weren’t able to confirm their plans until very late in the day, because the school—rightly—works to their own timetable. There was no special treatment,” the source said. Reportedly, they finalized the decision before telling King Charles, whom they officially informed on August 16.
