A source for Heat World suggests that Markle got the news that the Prince and Princess of Wales are planning to visit India. Hence, she is now allegedly “pushing” Prince Harry to visit the country as well. Apparently, they will be travelling to India to honor the Earthshot Prize winners.
Diana was deeply cherished in India and visited the country in 1992, when she was regarded as the “people’s princess.” She also visited the Taj Mahal and captured a photo in front of one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
According to an insider, Harry and Markle may be disappointed that the Waleses are getting to visit India first. This is especially significant because the country holds a special place in Diana’s legacy. Plus, the 30th anniversary of her death is approaching. This is why the public and media are keeping a close watch on the royal family for anything connected to her.
An insider said, “Meghan and Kate both seem keen to recreate Diana’s legacy, which is lovely; no one would deprive them of celebrating her, but it does sometimes seem as though they’re trying to outdo each other in the process. Certainly, that’s the suspicion among some royals, who are whispering that Meghan is going overboard lately.”
