The latest movie starring Kristen Stewart and produced by Seth Rogen has hit theaters today. The movie revolves around the two girls and their adventures with wild drugs.
The Wrong Girls is now in theaters for audiences to enjoy. In the movie, Stewart and her co-star, Alia Shawkat, are best friends. With their lives codependent on each other, they face a situation where they will have to pay their rent within 24 hours. In the process, the duo stumbles across a weird drug that makes them able to read into people’s minds and communicate using telepathy.
The official synopsis of the movie reads, “Two codependent best friends living paycheck to paycheck and bong rip to bong rip get caught in a case of mistaken identity that throws their lives into chaos.”
Kristen Stewart and Seth Rogen reunite after 8 years
The Wrong Girls comes as a memorable stop for Kristen Stewart. The project reunites the Twilight star and Seth Rogen after eight long years. The last worked together on the 2018-released Lizzie. As Stewart starred in the movie, Rogen was one of the producers. Directed by Craig William Macneill, Lizzie explored the gruesome murders of Lizzie Andrew Borden’s family back in 1892. The psychological thriller also starred Jeff Perry, Chloe Sevigny, and others.
The Wrong Girls is written and directed by Dylan Meyer. Alongside Seth Rogen, the producers list includes Maggie McLean, Kristen Stewart, James Weaver, Dylan Meyer, Alex McAtee, Jon Read, Evan Goldberg, and Allison Rose Carter.
