Meghan Markle’s Falling As Ever Traffic Has a Surprising Royal Comparison

Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand As Ever’s web traffic reportedly has a connection to royal websites. Markle’s online shop reportedly gets more website visits than her father-in-law, King Charles’ Highgrove Gardens shop. However, the royal family’s main website has emerged triumphant in this list of comparisons. Notably, Markle became a lifestyle influencer in 2025, launched her brand As Ever, and debuted her Netflix show, “With Love, Meghan”, as part of this launch.

Meghan Markle’s As Ever’s web traffic is substantially less compared to the Royal Family’s website (via Newsweek). Interestingly, no sales data has ever been released. This makes it tough to gauge the success of the Duchess’ lifestyle brand and whether it has grown or not.

A spokesperson for As Ever dished to the outlet: “Comparing As Ever’s website traffic with royal websites is probably not an especially meaningful comparison.”

Furthermore, the spokesperson said: “As Ever is a consumer business, where the more relevant measures are customers, repeat purchases and sales rather than raw website visits. Traffic naturally rises around launches and then settles as the initial curiosity subsides. The focus is on building a sustainable brand and loyal customer base, not chasing page views.”

Last month, As Ever recorded its lowest monthly web traffic of the year so far, with 126,655 visits. It is approximately a 53 percent drop from the 268,200 visits recorded in January this year. The six-month average is reported to be 176,677 visits.

While the website views are dwindling, the Instagram traffic has shown some hope for the Duchess of Sussex. Notably, social traffic made up 3.34 percent of the cumulative traffic.

As for the royal family’s website, it does not officially sell anything, unlike As Ever and the Highgrove shop. However, it recorded impressive traffic numbers, which proves that the British royal family remains a solid institution.

The official royal website recorded 730,628 visits in July, with a six-month average of 696,867 visits, which are remarkable numbers.
