JD Vance Calls Abdul El-Sayed ‘Crazy’ After a Very Personal Peter Thiel Jab

Vice President JD Vance recently called out Abdul El-Sayed after the latter called him “Peter Thiel’s boy.” El-Sayed has been a center of attention since winning Michigan’s Democratic Senate primary. The politician and his wife were also previously targeted by Trump through a comparison post on Truth Social.

JD Vance harshly criticized Abdul El-Sayed after he took a jab at the Vice President. During a previous conversation with MS NOW, El-Sayed described Vance as “Peter Thiel’s boy.” He also suggested that Americans have had “enough of him.”

Vance and Thiel, a political activist and co-founder of PayPal, are known to be long-standing companions. According to The New York Post, Thiel has aided Vance in his early investment career and Senate runs.

While speaking with Fox News recently, Vance lashed out at El-Sayed, calling him “crazy.” Vance continued, “I think the guy would be a terrible senator for the people of Michigan.” He accused the Democratic candidate of resorting to insults against his opponents rather than talking about working for the benefit of Michigan’s people. Vance said, “He’s just kind of an odd guy. I think that it’s telling that instead of talking about what he wants to do to make the lives of Michiganders better, he takes personal insults at me. I’m the vice president. It comes with the territory.”

The Vice President also suggested that the citizens of Michigan are going to “make their vote,” which will provide El-Sayed the answer.

In his MS NOW interview, El-Sayed asserted that Vance only made sense when he had a different view of Trump. He said, “After he said that Donald Trump had no business being president of anything, that was the last time he made sense, and then he decided to suck up to power.”
