Cam’ron has made serious claims against a member of Cardi B’s team over an unreleased song. The rapper alleged that he was promised an interview after agreeing to record a verse for Cardi, but neither the interview nor the song ever happened.
Cam’ron claims Cardi B’s team never released their collaboration or delivered the interview he was expecting
During an appearance on Revolt’s Talk With Flee, Cam’ron shared his side of the story. He claimed Cardi wanted to remake his song What Means the World to You and asked him to be part of it. According to him, he agreed to record a verse because he was told he would get an interview in return.
However, Cam’ron said things didn’t go as planned. He claimed the song was never released, and the interview he was expecting also never happened.
Killa Cam said in the interview, “I’m just saying the people around her are making promises on her behalf and she may not even notice, you know what I’m saying? So you gotta stop making promises on these artists’ behalf and they don’t know.”
The rapper said he later contacted Cardi’s team to settle the matter. Since the interview didn’t happen, he asked them to either do it or pay him for his work. According to Cam’ron, he never received either.
Cam’ron went on to make further allegations during the interview. During the interview, Cam’ron claimed he has sexually explicit messages allegedly sent by a male member of Cardi’s team. He said, “So now what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna start exposing the people that made the promises because it’s two people. And once I get the dirt on you, I’m gonna put the dirt out now.” Saying this, he also suggested that he has photos that could support his claims.
Cam’ron warned that he may release the alleged messages and photos if he does not receive the payment.
