An expert has praised Prince William for his strategic approach to the monarchy and modern leadership style. Dan Wakeford, founder of Celebrity Intelligence, told Fox News Digital that the Prince of Wales has his finger on the pulse of the younger generation and is embracing modern ideas. According to Wakeford, William is focused on strengthening the monarchy while also prioritizing his wife and their three children.
Expert suggests Prince William’s way to operate monarchy is not ‘lazy’
Dan Wakeford believes that Prince William is tactfully managing the monarchy and proving his critics wrong. The Prince of Wales has often been accused of being “work-shy” for years, and that his ageing father, King Charles, participates in more royal activities than the future heir to the throne.
However, Wakeford thinks this is part of William’s long-term plan to establish the monarchy as a force to be reckoned with (via Fox News Digital).
The expert stated: “William is extremely good at setting boundaries and not working during the holidays, protecting his kids’ privacy and his wife’s mental health. There’s some criticism of that. Some critics snipe at that and think that he’s ‘work-shy’ or a little bit lazy. But I think William is working more like a CEO and being very strategic with his time.”
Wakeford explained that the future heir has worked around the monarchy in a way that it will survive the test of time. Not only that, the Waleses have taken the initiative to showcase their life and children to the public but without crossing their boundaries.
Moreover, according to the expert, Prince William has struck a good balance between personal and professional life and ensures he doesn’t get burned out. “And the poll numbers show that he’s extremely popular, and he’s doing a good job,” Wakeford added.
