Jax pushes back against Brittany’s comments about their parenting schedule following WWHL
Brittany discussed Jax’s relationship with their former publicist, Lori Krebs, during the August 5 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She alleged that Jax recently missed parenting time with Cruz because he was in Canada with Krebs.
Jax responded beneath a WWHL Instagram clip. “The amount of blatant lies in this interview is unbelievable,” he wrote, according to Us Weekly. The former Vanderpump Rules star denied missing any scheduled time with Cruz. He claimed he had returned to Los Angeles the previous day and alleged that Brittany then refused to let him see their son because she was upset over personal matters.
Jax also claimed the disagreement prompted an emergency court hearing. He accused Brittany of using Cruz against him and said he had records to support his version of events. However, those records and the details of the reported hearing were not publicly available.
Brittany’s representatives did not immediately respond to Us Weekly’s request for comment. Neither parent’s account has been established in court.
The former couple previously reached a custody agreement for Cruz. Brittany later said she had their son most of the time, while Jax’s schedule included Wednesdays and every other weekend. Their communication has also remained strained. Brittany revealed that she and Jax use a parenting app instead of speaking by phone after repeated arguments made direct conversations difficult.
The latest conflict follows Jax’s confirmation that he is dating Krebs. She previously represented both him and Brittany, but Brittany ended their professional relationship after photos of Jax and Lori surfaced.
Brittany said Krebs warned her about the romance shortly before the photos became public. She has described the situation as a personal betrayal, while sources close to Krebs have disputed parts of Brittany’s account of their recent friendship.
Jax and Brittany separated in 2024 after five years of marriage. Their divorce has not been finalized, and their latest disagreement remains a contested matter playing out publicly while the legal process continues.
