A newly filed property deed confirms that Donald Trump Jr. has become the sole owner of a luxury Florida home he once shared with Kimberly Guilfoyle. The transfer came more than a year after the former couple ended their engagement. The updated ownership records shed new light on how they divided shared assets following their split. The property was originally purchased during their relationship.
A new deed confirms Don Jr. purchased Kimberly’s ownership interest in their former shared home
According to Palm Beach County deed records, Trump Jr. paid Guilfoyle $7.6 million for her ownership interest in the Jupiter, Florida, mansion. The warranty deed transferred ownership to him on July 25.
The former couple bought the waterfront property together in 2021 for $9.7 million. The six-bedroom, 11-bathroom home sits inside the exclusive Admirals Cove community. The estate spans more than 16,000 square feet on 1.18 acres. It also features an in-ground pool, spa, boat lift, elevator and four-car garage.
Palm Beach County previously estimated the home’s market value at $13.6 million. However, reports earlier this year suggested Trump Jr. was considering listing the property for around $30 million. Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle were together for about six years and remained engaged for roughly four. Although they purchased multiple properties together, they never married.
The pair called off their engagement more than a year ago. Trump Jr. later married Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson in a private ceremony earlier this year. Meanwhile, Guilfoyle now serves as the U.S. ambassador to Greece. Her signature on the deed reportedly included a stamp from the U.S. Embassy in Athens.
Despite the split, Guilfoyle previously said she wished Trump Jr. well. Neither has publicly suggested there is any conflict surrounding the property transfer. The deed filing officially concludes their shared ownership of the Florida mansion. It also gives Trump Jr. complete control over the property’s future.
