‘Too Late’: Zendaya May Have Just Dropped Her Biggest Marriage Hint Yet

Zendaya turned a fan proposal into a marriage hint with one quick red-carpet reply. The “Euphoria” actress attended the “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” premiere in Mexico with Tom Holland. In a paparazzi video, a fan shouted, “Will you marry me?” to Zendaya. The cheeky response immediately pointed back to months of marriage speculation around the longtime “Spider-Man” co-stars.

As per ET’s Instagram paparazzi video from the “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” Mexico premiere, Zendaya reacted instantly. A fan called out, “Will you marry me, please?” The actress laughed while walking the red carpet.

Then she replied, “You’re too late!” Page Six later reported the exchange on July 21, 2026. The outlet noted the moment had arrived after recent claims about her marriage to Tom Holland. That gave the short answer more weight than a normal fan interaction.

Meanwhile, the reference article said Holland had recently leaned into the same topic. During a Wired interview for “The Odyssey,” the cast answered a fan question. The question asked whether Athena, played by Zendaya, loved Odysseus romantically.

Holland replied, “No. Because she’s married to me.” Matt Damon and Anne Hathaway laughed at the line. The British actor also referenced the wedding speculation in Esquire. Asked about fake AI wedding photos, he said, “No, because they were all there.”

Still, the marriage hint did not start at the Mexico event. Page Six said Holland recently called Zendaya his “wife” on the UK podcast “Dish.” When asked which “The Odyssey” co-star he would vacation with, he chose her.

He joked, “I think probably my wife would be pretty good.” The report also said stylist Law Roach addressed the speculation in March 2026. He told Access Hollywood, “The wedding has already happened.” For Zendaya, the ET video turned that wider timeline into a three-word public answer.
