Host Alison Hammond asked about the inspiration behind the idea of the Invictus Games in Birmingham.
That’s when he said, “Um, in summary, and I’ve talked about this for many years, so I don’t want to bore people who know this already. Um, 2008.”
In a candid way, he included how Archie and Lilibet love watching her show, Junior Bake Off. He said, “By the way, my kids love Junior Baker. Absolutely love it.” She responded, “Oh, stop it.”
Hammond was happy to know that Harry’s kids loved her show. She appeared surprised before laughing it off. The exchange became a lighter moment of the show, with Hammond genuinely feeling touched by Harry’s revelation about the royal children.
