Prince Harry Allegedly Kissed a Friend’s Girlfriend in 2011 — Report

Charlotte Griffiths, a journalist for the Daily Mail, revealed that Prince Harry allegedly kissed his friend’s girlfriend in 2011. This was much before Harry met his wife, Meghan Markle, whom he married in 2018. Griffiths shared that she once went on a shooting weekend in Hampshire, which Harry also attended in December 2011. The alleged incident happened there.

Journalist alleges Prince Harry once ‘kissed’ a girl who was dating his friend

Journalist Charlotte Griffiths has reportedly accused Prince Harry of kissing his friend’s girlfriend to the Daily Mail. It is believed Griffiths was invited because she knew the Bristol University graduate whose parents owned the 4,000-acre estate.

During the weekend, Harry became friends with the journalist. The Duke of Sussex was believed to have been single at the time, having split with his girlfriend, Chelsea Davy, earlier that year. Griffiths revealed to the outlet the royal’s drinking habits and that he shared a blanket with her while watching a movie.

The journalist also revealed that Harry kissed another girl during the shooting weekend. The anonymous girl was allegedly one of his friend’s girlfriends. Griffiths recalled: “At some point, while we were all watching it (the film), Harry shuffled over to my beanbag, got under the blanket I was sitting under, and put his arm around me. There was nothing particularly romantic about the sweet gesture.”

Continuing further, the journalist said: “Although I wasn’t physically attracted to him, I felt slightly uncomfortable. I was dating someone else at the time and, besides, he’d kissed another girl the night before, a girl who had turned up for the weekend on the arm of one of his friends.”

However, Charlotte Griffiths also mentioned how, by breakfast, everyone treated it as some sort of “entertainment” and simply laughed it off.

The Duke of Sussex’s team hasn’t responded to the comment as of writing. Notably, Harry is currently visiting Britain and is busy with the one-year countdown to next year’s Invictus Games. For those unversed, it is an initiative to honor wounded and sick military personnel and veterans. It will be held in Birmingham next year.

Notably, Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, and the couple’s children were supposed to join for the UK trip. However, the Sussexes announced that Markle and the kids won’t be joining due to security concerns.
