Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry didn’t attend Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding. The ceremony took place on Friday in Madison Square Garden. The Tellers weren’t present at the event amid reports of a rift with Swift.
The reports surrounding Miles and Keleigh Teller’s wedding absence
Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry’s absence at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding added fuel to the rift rumors. In June 2026, Page Six reported that Teller and Sperry won’t be attending the ceremony. This news was shocking, given Sperry and the “Bad Blood” hitmaker shared a close friendship. TMZ also reported in the same month that the Telllers have little to no chance of showing up at the event.
Sources familiar with the situation told the outlet that Sperry and Swift are no longer best friends as they once were. Moreover, mutuals of the two were hopeful that things would be sorted out before the wedding. The source also described it as being a “sad time” for the friendship. Another source explained that the ladies grew apart due to differences in their lifestyles.
Swift, Teller and Sperry were last spotted together in February 2024. While Sperry continued to follow Swift on Instagram, she stopped regularly liking the pop icon’s posts. In November of the same year, Teller was asked by Parade whether he and his wife would attend Swift’s wedding. “I don’t know. That is gonna be — I imagine — one impressive wedding,” he said. The Whiplash actor continued, “But yeah, just very happy for them. I’ve known Trav for a while, too, and I think they’re having a blast. That’s the point.”
However, Teller came on the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast, where he referred to Travis as “brother.” Sperry also dropped a cheerful emoji in the comment section of the episode clip on Instagram. The Daily Mail also reported that Swift being pulled into Blake Lively’s legal battle ended up straining the singer’s relationship with Lively and Sperry.
