Who has joined the cast of The Pitt Season 3?
Pruitt Taylor Vince, who plays Johnathan “Pa” Kent in Superman (2025), has been cast in The Pitt Season 3. He will play Lance Candella, also known as The Professor, an Emergency Department patient.
Vince was previously seen in Lady in the Lake, Crime Story, Bird Box, Asia A, Gotti, The Blacklist, and also in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. He will reprise his role as Pa Kent in James Gunn’s Man of Tomorrow.
Alongside him, five more members have been added to the third season cast of the medical drama. These include Malachi Beasley, Cheyenne Perez, Jeremy Radin, Charlz Williams, and Rosanny Zayas. They will play the roles of Student Doctor Taj Osei, Student Doctor Marisol Elena Sambrano Monterossa, Emergency Department Patient Grant Emerson, Emergency Department Patient Angus Gunn, and Physician Assistant Vera Delgado, respectively.
Beasley was previously seen in A House of Dynamite, while Perez starred in The Sex Lives of College Girls. Radin was seen in The Accountant 2, Williams was in Seal Team, and Zayas starred in The L Word: Generation Q.

Season 3 of the acclaimed HBO Max’s show will be set in early November, between Veterans Day and Thanksgiving, according to Deadline. The upcoming series will also focus on medicare cuts along with the show’s ongoing issues, with more patients and fewer resources.
Existing cast members will return for Season 3, including Noah Wyle, Ayesha Harris, Patrick Ball, Katherine LaNasa, Fiona Douriff, Isa Briones, Taylor Dearden, Gerran Howell, and Shabana Azeez. Supriya Ganesh will exit the show after Season 2 and will not return for Season 3.
