Logan Paul teamed up with NHL star Matthew Tkachuk to host an exclusive UFC event watch party at the White House.
The mixed martial arts event was held on the White House South Lawn to mark President Donald Trump’s 80th birthday. VIPs took the seats surrounding the Octagon. Meanwhile, regular fans filled the Ellipse, the lawn between the White House and the Washington Monument, for a separate viewing party (via Associated Press).
“It’s going to be the under in every single fight,” Tkachuk said, addressing the audience gathered at the Ellipse on Sunday night. “I think it’s not going to last like halfway through. They’re all going to be knockouts or finishes early.”
Tkachuk and his brother Brady, both familiar with the occasional fight on the ice, took part in the pre-fight activities for UFC Freedom 250. The sibling duo came on stage to discuss their love for UFC during a short Q&A.
Logan Paul was there too, helping keep the energy up for the crowd. Joined by his IMPAULSIVE co-host Mike Majlak, Paul took the stage to hype up the crowd and keep the adrenaline high as the fights played out on massive video screens. UFC middleweight titleholder Sean Strickland arrived next and instantly pulled fans in his direction, but officers quickly moved in and escorted him out.
Logan Paul is on the sidelines after tearing his tricep in May 2026. He underwent surgery and is expected to miss at least six months of action. The 31-year-old re-signed to a multi-year contract shortly before the injury. At the time, he was wrestling weekly on WWE Raw alongside Austin Theory as World Tag Team Champion.
