The wider cast features several big names. Nicole Kidman appears alongside Thaddea Graham, Marcia Gay Harden, Greg Kinnear, and Michael Angarano. Recording artists Rico Nasty and Lindsey Normington also hold roles in the production. Studio A24 handles the series for Apple TV.
A lengthy list of executive producers oversees the project. David E. Kelley leads the group, joined by Elle Fanning, her sister Dakota Fanning, and Brittany Kahan Ward under their Lewellen Pictures banner. Kidman and Per Saari represent Blossom Films, while Matthew Tinker works on behalf of David E. Kelley Productions. Pfeiffer, Thorpe, Anderson, and Boo Killebrew round out the producing team. Furthermore, she emphasized that the novel, its adaptation, and the cast’s performances all played a vital role in shaping the story, adding that the combination made the team feel “like we had something special.” As she looked ahead to the next installment, Fanning shared that she felt “incredibly happy and excited,” while also teasing viewers to prepare for “a wild, messy and beautiful ride” (via TVLine).
