A recent report suggests that Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, has allegedly left the United States after his father’s presidency ended. However, Hunter Biden has not yet confirmed this. The report arrives following a challenge that he recently issued to Donald Trump‘s oldest sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr, in which he urged them to fight him in a cage match.
Hunter Biden reportedly left US after Joe Biden’s presidency
A recent report by People has stated that lawyer Barry Coburn filed a court document suggesting that Hunter Biden has left the United States after Joe Biden was succeeded by Donald Trump. However, no concrete evidence regarding this is yet available, nor has the lawyer revealed any further details.
Coburn recently filed a civil lawsuit over unpaid legal dues on April 6, in the documents of which he mentioned, “Mr Biden lives abroad.” Although there has been no update from Hunter Biden on whether he has relocated, he did reveal in a podcast in November 2025 that he is also spending time in South Africa.
While speaking on the Wide Awake podcast, Hunter said that he and his wife, Melissa, who hails from South Africa, had decided on the vacation. He said, “When all of the political and personal stuff came to an end in the last six months, I had always promised that we would spend some time over here. So, you know, we’re trying to be between Cape Town and the States, go back and forth. I’ve fallen madly in love with Cape Town. You guys do not know how good you have it here. It’s the most beautiful city in the world.”
Hunter Biden’s vacation to South Africa was previously criticized by Trump in a post on Truth Social. In the post, he ended Hunter’s Secret Service protection and stated, “He is currently vacationing in, of all places, South Africa. Hunter Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection.”
