JD Vance has reacted to Joe Rogan’s recent swipe against MAGA supporters, where he called them “dorks” and “unintelligent people.” In a recent interview, the Vice President brushed off the remark and pushed back against Rogan’s claims.
JD Vance responds to Joe Rogan’s ‘MAGA’ and ‘Dorks’ comments
During Thursday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the popular podcaster made a scathing remark about MAGA and Donald Trump supporters that did not sit well with JD Vance. The Vice President recently fired back at Joe Rogan, criticizing his comment.
During a chat with his guest, Dave Smith, Rogan lashed out at the MAGA movement, saying, “Here’s the thing. Like first of all, America is great. Make America greater, I’m down. But make America great again. And then it becomes a movement of a bunch of f*****g dorks because a lot of them are dorks.”
He continued to rip into some MAGA supporters, stating, “A lot of them are these really weird f*****g uninteresting, unintelligent people that have got something they cling to, and there’s a lot of people that are just real genuine patriots, and they’re all lumped into this one group, and you got to accept the dorks, too? F*** that!”
VP JD Vance responded to Rogan’s scathing remark in a recent interview with right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson. Laughing off the comment, Vance stated, “I think we have many fewer dorks than the far left, but everybody’s got some dorks.” He added, “We love our dorks. We love our cool kids. We love anybody who wants to save the country.”
Johnson also asked Vance about Rogan’s comment from a separate video, in which he argued that Obama and Clinton took a tougher stance on immigration than Trump. The Vice President dismissed the remark, saying, “I did not see Joe say this. I’m going to text Joe because that is definitely wrong.”
Vance further added, “The numbers from the Obama administration or any other administration – they weren’t doing a tenth of what we’re doing. So Joe is wrong on this. We’ve been the best administration in American history at deporting illegal aliens. The problem is, we also followed the worst administration at letting them in.”
