Amid the swirling controversy surrounding an alleged physical altercation with his neighbor, Reacher’s Alan Ritchson has taken to social media, sharing a cryptic message that has only fueled the speculation.

The actor addressed the viral video of his altercation with a neighbor through an Instagram post. He shared a quote attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte: “Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake”. The Playdate actor kept it captionless, letting Napoleon’s words speak for themselves.

For those unversed, things took a turn on Saturday when Ritchson’s dirt bike revving allegedly sparked a row with neighbor Ronnie Taylor, who responded with a rude gesture. The situation escalated further on Sunday, March 22, when Taylor confronted Ritchson while he was riding with two kids.

The latter has since kept mum about the fight when the Daily Mail reached out, citing an ongoing investigation. “I can’t answer questions about that right now,” he said, confirming nothing. Law enforcement sources have indeed confirmed that the probe is still active, with no arrests made so far.

However, Taylor opened up to TMZ about the altercation, saying the situation escalated quickly when he asked Ritchson and his sons to stop speeding and revving their motorbikes. The former admitted to pushing the 43-year-old actor, claiming he did so because the actor was approaching him on his bike. After a second push, the neighbor said, Ritchson got off his bike and attacked him, kicking and hitting him, causing facial injuries that he shared photos of with the news network.

Yet, sources close to Alan Ritchson claim he wasn’t the aggressor. Taylor’s rude gesture allegedly sparked the fight, leading to a physical confrontation between the two.
