An AI-generated video of Elon Musk and US President Donald Trump sharing a kiss recently went viral on X (formerly Twitter). The video follows the tech mogul’s announcement that an update to his AI tool, Grok, allows users to generate R-rated content. The update arrives after Musk and the AI tool received harsh criticism earlier for AI misuse in generating sexualized images of real people through text prompts.
Elon Musk and Donald Trump ‘kiss’ in AI video made by Grok
Elon Musk and Donald Trump sharing a passionate kiss in an AI-generated video became a topic of interest on X. In the video, Trump and Musk appear to be making out against a rainy backdrop. Shared by the user Baldsurdis, the post went live after Musk announced the new Grok update.
Commenting on the clip, a user stated, “I know this is fake but ts disturbing as hell for some reason.” Another user conveyed, “This video will hunt me for a couple of days..” A third user went on to comment, “Mine eyes hath been cursed.”
The tech giant revealed that its AI tool, Grok, will now follow the same guidelines as movies and generate adult content accordingly. He stated in a tweet that if certain visuals are permissible in an “R-rated movie,” the same should be the case for “@Grok Imagine.” The update follows the condemnation of Musk and Grok by users after cases of AI misuse emerged. This majorly consisted of AI generated inappropriate images of real people.
According to CNBC, in January 2026, Musk announced via a post by xAI on X that Grok would no longer be able to generate such images. In the post, xAI mentioned, “We have implemented technological measures to prevent the Grok account from allowing the editing of images of real people in revealing clothing such as bikinis. This restriction applies to all users, including paid subscribers.”
