Prince Harry ‘Consumed by Worry’ Amid Outing With Meghan Markle — Source

Prince Harry made a rare public appearance alongside Meghan Markle at the Sundance Film Festival on the weekend. But according to one source, the smile he wore on the red carpet masked a much heavier emotional reality.

The Duke of Sussex arrived in Utah just days after an intense court appearance in London, and insiders reportedly claim the timing has left him visibly strained. While the couple stepped out to support their latest documentary project, sources allege Harry is grappling with mounting pressure behind the scenes.

Prince Harry is ‘acting and feeling like the weight of the world’s on his shoulders,’ per source

According to Star magazine, the days leading up to the Sundance premiere were particularly difficult for the 41-year-old duke. The outing came shortly after Harry testified in London’s High Court as part of his ongoing legal battle against Associated Newspapers Limited, the publisher of the Daily Mail. A source told the outlet that despite appearing composed in public, Harry is “a wreck right now.” The insider added, “He’s acting and feeling like the weight of the world’s on his shoulders.”

During his court testimony earlier that week, Harry appeared visibly emotional while discussing what he alleges was years of unlawful information gathering by the publisher. At one point, his voice reportedly cracked as he spoke about the toll media scrutiny has taken on his life and on Meghan’s. Associated Newspapers Limited has strongly denied all allegations and continues to defend itself in court.

Additionally, the same source claimed that the ongoing alleged tension with his brother, Prince William, adds to his woes. The insider also said that Harry has “very few friends and rumored money troubles.”

“The guy’s barely sleeping. He’s consumed by worry,” the source claimed. Despite those claims, Harry appeared supportive and present alongside Meghan at Sundance, where the couple attended the premiere of Cookie Queens, a documentary spotlighting a Girl Scouts troop. The appearance marked a professional milestone and a moment of solidarity for the pair.

The trial is expected to continue into the coming weeks, with a final judgment anticipated in March this year.
