She said she hopes to set an example of standing up for what’s right without being afraid. Her remarks come amid growing concerns from users over Grok generating explicit content of women and children without consent, a serious issue that has sparked backlash against Musk.

In a conversation with The London Times, Clair revealed that she’s planning to file a lawsuit against Musk’s AI model that has generated explicit deepfake images of her. She said, “I’m not scared of anyone.” She clarified that through the lawsuit, she doesn’t intend to punish anyone but to set an example of how standing for the right thing is important. “This isn’t about wanting to just punish X, or punish Elon. I want to set an example that nobody should choose being comfortable over doing what’s right,” she added.
Clair and Musk share a kid named Romulus, with the latter sharing his intention of filing for full custody on X (formerly Twitter). He tweeted, “I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy.” His tweet comes in light of Clair’s latest apology on X (formerly Twitter) over her past transphobic comments.
Clair expressed guilt over her past comments in a lengthy tweet. She revealed that she is trying to make things right by advocating for the trans community, to whom she had caused “hurt.” “Even this reply will become right wing hysteria but yeah I am sorry. Let me know how I can help,” she further added. Additionally, Musk has faced massive backlash over Grok’s NSFW feature, which he recently addressed, and has imposed certain restrictions.
