During her appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show earlier today, UFC Featherweight Champion Cris Cyborg revealed that there is “news coming soon” regarding a potential showdown with Ronda Rousey. Intriguingly the bout would happen not inside The Octagon, but inside the squared circle. For those who don’t know, Cyborg vs Rousey was a dream fight for many fans back in the day before Ronda was dethroned by Holly Holm.
Now, though, it seems as if there are rumours floating around that Cyborg could switch over into professional wrestling in order to face off against Rousey in a different way. Ronda is the current Raw Women’s Champion, with this match being something that Cyborg has spoken about in the past. In the below tweet, Cyborg’s segment begins around 171 minutes into the show.
