WWE superstar Sin Cara posted on his Instagram story that he’s in Birmingham, Alabama alongside a few doctor emojis. Birmingham is where many high-profile athletes go when they require surgery on an injury, including the likes of Finn Balor, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in the last few years. Sin Cara’s latest big feud came against SmackDown Live’s Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas.
