Stephanie McMahon Congratulates Ronda Rousey As The UFC HOFer Heads To Philly For WWE (Video)

Stephanie McMahon hopped onto Twitter this morning to congratulate Ronda Rousey on her landmark induction into the UFC Hall of Fame:
