Kane Says He Wouldn’t Rule Out Wrestling As Mayor

Kane recently spoke with Austin Kellerman for Pro Wrestling Sheet, and said he wouldn’t turn down an opportunity to wrestle if he was elected Mayor of Knox County.

Kane (aka Glen Jacobs) told Kellerman that he wouldn’t rule out the opportunity, citing the lack of pay-per-view events in Knoxville, saying:

“I never rule anything out. I think it would be great to have a PPV here in Knoxville. We haven’t had one in forever. If there’s a PPV, it would be an honor for me to take part in that.”

The last WWE pay-per-view in the state of Tennessee was the 2015 Fastlane event in Memphis. Knoxville hasn’t hosted one (ever!), so maybe the ‘future Mayor’ can make it happen!
