Dean Ambrose Injury Update

According to PW Insider, Dean Ambrose has been rehabbing his tricep tear full time in Birmingham, Alabama for the past month.

He sustained the injury in December 2017, tearing away over 50% of the tricep tendon away from the bone according to the doctor who performed the surgery, Dr. Jeffery Dugas.

WWE then revealed that Ambrose was expected to be out of action for approximately 9 months.
