Jeff Hardy is set to defend his United States Championship against Randy Orton at WWE Backlash; the match was set up on tonight’s episode of WWE Smackdown. Orton interrupted Miz TV and informed Hardy he would be getting the title shot that he earned three weeks ago, saying they might be on good terms, but he would still be coming after the title this Sunday.

The WWE Stats and Info account posted the following, revealing tonight’s Jeff Hardy & Randy Orton versus Shelton Benjamin & The Miz match marks the first time the two Backlash opponents are on the same team:
