In the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer gave us more details on Brock Lesnar‘s WWE deal. The deal may or may not a one-match deal as previously speculated.
The contract was written up on the Monday before WrestleMania and signed the day of the show. Roman Reigns himself didn’t know about it until the last minute and thought he was going to win the Universal Championship until the morning of WrestleMania.
Lesnar’s new deal includes a significant pay raise and allows Lesnar to negotiate with UFC for one fight while under contract with WWE.
