WWE announced earlier today that apart from the 50-man Royal Rumble match, the Greatest Royal Rumble, will feature 7 title matches:

The Greatest Royal Rumble event will be held at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on April 27, 2018.
A number of Superstars including John Cena, Triple H, Roman Reigns and Shinsuke Nakamura have already been confirmed for the event.
As of now, it looks like the event could be on the WWE Network. Roman Reigns was asked about this earlier in the week on Jim Norton and Sam Roberts’ Sirius XM show and seemed to confirm it.
