PWInsider.com has a new update on Tammy Sytch’s recent legal troubles, saying she still hasn’t had her parole revoked in Pennsylvania as of this posting.

As we first reported last week, Sytch was taken into custody and had several charges made against her including contempt of court and being a fugitive from justice. It was later learned that Sytch was charged with DUI twice this year, and she has been held by the Monmouth County (NJ) Correctional Facility since being taken into custody last Tuesday.

PWInsider.com reports that a motion to revoke her parole in August due to multiple violations, and Carbon County Judge Joseph Matika ordered Sytch arrested on a bench warrant to face sentencing. Sytch was unable to be located due to moving out of state, which led to her being labeled as a fugitive of justice.

It was reported Sytch would be extradited back to Pennsylvania to face charges before she returned to New Jersey, but now it was stated by Carbon County officials that she would remain in NJ to resolve those issues before returning to Carbon County.

Earlier today, Sytch was still listed as being an inmate in the New Jersey facility, but her status has since been removed in the last few hours.
