Are Impact TV Appearances Holding Up EC3’s NXT Debut?

A fan on Twitter asked Dave Meltzer if the fact that the EC3‘s Impact Wrestling TV appearances from the last taping have not wrapped up have anything to do with why he has not debuted for NXT yet.
