Mixed Match Challenge
The following is a live play by play recap of tonight’s Mixed Match Challenge match on Facebook Watch:
Asuka & The Miz vs Carmella & Big E
Miz goes for a tie up but Big E gyrates his hips, then he puts Miz in an abdominal stretch and spanks Miz to the beat of ‘New Day Rocks’. Miz runs into an elbow off the ropes, then he tags Asuka in, and Big E hands Carmella a giant L, and tells her to make Asuka take it. Asuka plays along a bit before ripping it in half, then a scared Carmella tags Big E back in.
Big E hits the ropes and runs into a knee from Miz, then Miz stomps him and taunts the crowd with the New Day Rocks clap. Big E comes back with a side slam as Cole explains to fans how to interact with the Facebook Watch icons, then Asuka and Carmella get involved and Asuka kicks Carmella in the chest. Miz listens to the crowd and they both tee off on their respective opponents with rapid kicks, then Miz kicks Big E in the face and gets a two count.
Miz kicks Big E again and mocks Carmella in the corner, then Asuka makes the tag but Carmella catches her off guard with a quick strike. Carmella continues the offense and keeps Asuka cornered, then she pie faces Asuka and ends up paying for it with a spinning back fist. Asuka nails a seated dropkick off the ropes, then Miz pulls Big E off of the apron and Asuka makes Carmella tap out.

Following the match, it was announced that Braun Strowman & Alexa Bliss versus Sami Zayn & Becky Lynch will be the featured match on next week’s show.
