ABC 15 Phoenix has a new report out concerning the rape allegations currently against Eric Arndt (aka former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore).

Breaking: WWE Has Come To Terms On The Release Of Enzo Amore

Arndt is the subject of an active investigation for an alleged sexual assault in Phoenix
Phoenix police said the incident happened Oct. 19 at the Clarendon Hotel and Spa, near 3rd Avenue and Indian School Road
According to police, officers responded to a local hospital on October 23, for a call of a sexual assault that occurred several days prior at the hotel
- No other information has been released as the case is under investigation
